Agreeing to these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and atomobits SARL for your use of leoOS: the mobile app for iOS and Android, the web app at task.leolab.me, and the leoCompany finance module inside the same app. By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not sign in.

atomobits SARL is registered in Beirut, Lebanon, under commercial register number 1031660 and tax number 3967041.

Who may use leoOS

leoOS is a workplace application and it is invite only. You have an account because an organization created one for you or invited you to join it. There is no public sign-up, and nobody outside your organization can send you a message or see anything you write.

You must be at least 16 years old to use leoOS. It is not designed or offered for children.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, do not let anyone else sign in as you, and tell your organization's administrator if you think someone has.

What is not allowed

leoOS lets people write to each other and upload files. The following are not allowed anywhere in it, including chat messages, direct messages, tasks, notes, comments and attachments:

• Harassing, bullying, threatening or intimidating another person.
• Hate speech, or content attacking a person or a group over race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, age or sexual orientation.
• Sexual content, and in particular any sexual content involving a minor, which we report to the authorities.
• Content that is violent, graphic or designed to shock, and any encouragement of self-harm.
• Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting who you are or who you work for.
• Anything illegal where you are, and anything that infringes somebody else's rights.
• Malware, or any attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to leoOS or to another user's account.
• Bulk unsolicited messages, scams and phishing.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Posting anything in the list above, or behaving abusively towards another person on leoOS, can cost you your account. We may remove the content, suspend your access, or close your account permanently, and we may do it without warning when the content is serious enough.

This is not a discretion we exercise reluctantly. An account that harasses someone is removed.

Reporting something, and blocking someone

Report a message. Every message in leoOS can be reported. Hold the message, choose Report, and say what is wrong with it. The report reaches the owners of the organization the message was posted in, who can remove the message and remove the person who wrote it. We aim to act on every report within 24 hours.

Block a person. You can block anyone in your organization from the same menu. Their messages stop appearing for you in every channel you share, and they can no longer open a direct message with you. Blocking is your decision alone; the other person is not told, and you can undo it at any time from your account menu.

You can also write to [email protected] about anything you do not want to report inside the app.

The work you create

What you write in leoOS belongs to your organization, not to us. We hold it and run the software on that organization's behalf. Your organization decides who inside it can see your work, and an administrator can remove you and keep what you contributed.

You give us the permission we need to store your content, show it to the people in your organization who are allowed to see it, and back it up. That is the whole of it. We claim no other rights over it and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

leoOS includes AI agents that read and write inside your organization. What they process, and who processes it, is described in the privacy policy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, in the account menu. Your organization's administrator can also remove you. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

When an account ends, the profile and personal data go and the work contributed to an organization stays with that organization, because it belongs to the organization rather than to the person. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is removed and how long anything survives in a backup.

The service, as it is

We work to keep leoOS running and correct, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of faults, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
